With 43 years of expertise, Russ has been in the insurance industry since 1964 and founded Heil Financial Group in 1983.  He's a $1 Million RoundTable qualifer and is a past PIC Wisconsin Agent of the Year. 

Russ lives in Waukesha with his wife, Mary.  He enjoys playing racquetball and spending time with his three children and new granddaughter.

With 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, Laura has been with Heil Financial Group since 1998.  Laura is licensed to assist you in making the right insurance decisions for your family and/or business.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and lives in Wind Lake with her husband, Jasen, and daughter, Cedella. 

ANDREW LAVOI, L.U.T.C.F.

Andy has been a licensed insurance agent and registered representative since 1982, working to help his clients achieve the financial independence they need in order to protect their families from economic loss.  He can work with you to design and implement tax favored life/health and disability insurance plans in order to protect you against catastrophic loss due to an illness or accident.   

Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1969 and has been working as a licensed insurance agent and registered representative since 1982.  He lives in Waukesha, WI with his wife, Maggie, and enjoys playing golf and racquetball, as well as spending time with his children and grandchildren.
